We appreciate that our guests may prefer the opportunity to limit potential contact points with others in their space. They are requesting guests to do online check-in before arrival to speed up their check-in process.

Guest Rooms:

As such, Jano Hotel Addis Ababa is adjusting standards. Daily guestroom housekeeping services to provide service every third day during a guest’s stay. Please know that periodic safety and well-being checks in guestrooms will still occur. If you prefer to receive full daily guestroom housekeeping services, please let our front desk team know.

Check-in and check-out are at 15:00 hrs. and noon, respectively.

Late checkout services are only given upon room availability and

A valid copy of ID and/or Passport is compulsory for all occupants
including sharers of the room, if any.

Alcoholic beverages are not served to promote health-conscious
choices. Thank you for understanding.

Food and beverages from outside are not permitted, except for
apartment room bookings only.

Breakfast is included, except if the booking policy is “room only.”

Kindly note that pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

All charges incurred by guests during their stay in the hotel are to
be settled once they reach 10,000 ETB, except for a letter of payments
sent from his/her company. Furthermore, all guests are expected to
pay in advance for their entire stay, except for those who have a
guaranty letter.

For your valuables, we highly recommend utilizing the in-room safe
deposit box provided for your convenience. While we strive to

Jano Hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the

hotel management in case key cards are misplaced or lost.

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel
property caused by themselves, their friend(s), or any person(s) for
whom they are deemed responsible.

Visitors are not permitted to use restrooms after 10:00 p.m.

In adherence to our hotel's policies, we kindly inform our esteemed
guests that access to guestrooms will be restricted for visitors of the
opposite the presence of occupants. Should a female visitor seek accommodation within a guest room occupied by a male guest, It is required that she provide a marriage certificate or evidence of
familial relationships. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
in upholding these guidelines, which aim to ensure the comfort and
privacy of all our guests.

Children (number of children includes one) between 0- & 12-years old stay for free in the parent’s room.

First Child Between 0 & 6 years old: stay free in their parent's room

Second Child Between 6 and 12 Years Old: 50% from Half twin

Over 12 years old: the room will be charged as a triple room.
(including the same meal plan)

All high touch points in the rooms are to be cleaned and sanitized, and sanitized’ stickers are placed on them after cleaning.

Employees cleaning the rooms discard protective masks and gloves after cleaning each room

Cleaning of rooms is to be done by two separate teams, clean and soiled team, to reduce the risk of contamination

One set of gloves is used per room

Fitness Center:

We recognize that maintaining a regular fitness and exercise routine is often an integral part of our guests’ stays, and our fitness center remains open 12 hours a day during this time.

We have enhanced fitness center maintenance to include a dedicated fitness center attendant who will continuously maintain and clean all equipment 12 hours
